This Passover many families in Israel will be celebrating the Seder with an empty seat/s at their table. Of those we lost and those we hope and pray to be returned back home very soon.
One request we know those in captivity or those we lost are demanding from us is: Stand United!
This is why we strengthened our efforts to "Fill up every seat" at our community Seder and why we need your help today to give the Seder experience to every Jew in Lincoln park.
To ensure that our Seder is accessible to all, we offer sponsored seats with little to no cost to those in need.
Your gift will give the joy and unity of the Seder to Jews in our neighborhood from amidst the fear and uncertainty during this time.
Our call to action is to: "Fill up every seat".
This year, think of every Jew you know and invite them to join your Seder or invite them to Chabad.
In the Haggadah we say: "All who need let them come and eat".
At Chabad we say: “Even if you don’t know about Passover we will reach out and invite you in”.
