Park Hebrew is an exciting and innovative Jewish educational after-school program for children ages 5-12, held on Tuesdays. Through fine and performing arts, puppetry, drama, music, cooking, woodworking, science, games, and interactive experiences, Jewish learning and living come to life.

Here, strong Jewish learning goes hand in hand with joyful Jewish living, helping children develop knowledge, confidence, and a deep appreciation for Jewish culture and traditions.

No synagogue membership is required. Every Jewish family is warmly welcomed into our Park Hebrew community.

At Park Hebrew we prepare our children to fully experience Hebrew through our syllabus on listening, reading and writing Hebrew. We use the acclaimed Aleph Champion Program, modeled after the Karate and Martial Arts motivational system.

One of the greatest compliments we receive is seeing children excited to come each week and disappointed when Park Hebrew is on break. That’s because learning at Park Hebrew doesn’t happen sitting behind a desk. Children are constantly engaged through drama, cooking, woodworking, puppetry, music, science, games, holiday celebrations, Hebrew, and hands-on experiences that bring Judaism to life.
Children leave Park Hebrew with Hebrew reading skills, a strong foundation in Jewish knowledge, confidence in who they are, a love for Jewish traditions and culture, meaningful friendships, and Jewish values like kindness, responsibility, and tikkun olam that become part of everyday life.

Park Hebrew is more than just an afterschool, we are a family. We host incredible Jewish holiday events and family celebrations that bring our learning and heritage to life.
From engaging and meaningful High Holiday services, Pizza in the Sukkah, Chanukah extravaganzas, a Grand Purim party and masquerade, a Passover Matzah Bakery and Seder, and a hearty Shavuot ice cream party, our events are not-to-be-missed heartwarming community celebrations.
Bar/Bat Mitzvah Is Just the Beginning
Our emphasis in preparing teenagers for their Bar/Bat Mitzvah is to empower the next generation of Jewish leaders and inspire them to take pride in their Jewish identity. Through personalized learning, meaningful discussions, and hands-on experiences, students gain the knowledge and confidence they need for their special day while developing a lasting connection to their heritage. We strive to foster an awareness that this milestone is not the finish line, but the beginning of a lifelong journey of Jewish learning, growth, community, and responsibility.

Park Hebrew takes place on Tuesdays from 4:15–6:15 PM.

Tuition: $1,500
Early Bird Tuition: $1,400 before August 2
Tuition includes the complete year of Park Hebrew, book fee, supplies, and snacks.
